• Hair color appointments must be scheduled by phone.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request 24 hours notice.
• Late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the price of the service.

Consultations:

• Consultations are included in every appointment. If preferred, a free consultation can be scheduled prior to a service appointment.
• During consultations, our curl specialists will discuss your hair goals, assess your CurlPrint™, and recommend personalized services based on your preferences and hair type.

Services:

• Our services include The CurlPrint™ Haircut and Pintura highlighting, among others, designed specifically for your unique curly hair texture.
• All services are performed by certified curl specialists trained in our unique techniques to enhance and complement your natural curls.

Hair Color Services:

• If you are considering hair color services, we offer Pintura highlighting, a hand painting technique tailored to enhance your natural hair color, eye color and facial features.
• A patch test may be required for new clients or those with sensitive skin to ensure compatibility with hair color products.

• Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any concerns or questions about your service, please let us know during your appointment so we can address them promptly.
