Kelly Atayde’s passion for curly hair has been growing ever since she first got her talented hands in textured hair years ago. She uses her creative vision, artistic eye, and attention to detail in creating a personalized hair design for each of her curly-haired clients.

Kelly successfully completed a comprehensive training program at Devana Salon and is Certified in the CurlPrint Haircutting Technique and Pintura Highlighting. She is an expert at cutting, coloring, and styling all different types of curly and wavy hair.

Kelly has 2B-C curly hair herself, and her experience with her own hair has yielded many discoveries and insights that she likes to share. She truly understands how difficult and nerve-wracking it can be to find a new hairstylist to cut your curly hair, and she delights in giving her clients beautiful haircuts that they can confidently wear naturally.

Kelly enjoys spending time with her family. Whether they’re at an amusement park or a museum, exploring downtown, hiking, fishing, or enjoying the company of their many pets, there’s always something exciting happening at their home. Kelly is a full-blooded Native American Indian. Her hobbies also include creating Native American beadwork and beaded baby moccasins, and she loves attending local Native American Powwows in the Denver community.
